Add a root pnpm dev command that builds current source and launches the development app. Document that it does not watch files or replace the installed release. Validate script wiring without launching or restarting the user app.

Added pnpm dev as pnpm build && pnpm start. It rebuilds before launch, has no watch/hot reload, and leaves the installed release unchanged. Script wiring and diff checks passed without starting the app. Pushed: fae846f
