    Windows and Linux builds of Garmoth Community.

    Changes in v0.1.7:

    • The world boss overlay uses a compact two-row layout for one boss: name, EU spawn time and countdown above the assigned character and spawn area.
    • When two bosses share a spawn time, each gets its own character and location row. A different parked location appears only when needed.

    The new overlay layout and real boss notifications still need an in-game check. The EU boss timetable may change after a BDO patch.

    The app includes screen and network loot tracking, grind sessions, death and crystal-loss records, and Discord parties and leaderboards. Linux and Windows packages check this repository for updates. AppImage and Windows installs can download updates; applying one requires a stopped session and a manual restart.

    Live checks still needed: current BDO class and grind-location detection, two-account Discord party presence, Windows gameplay, and an update between two published versions. Linux gauge and Agris detection remain experimental. Network loot parser profiles can need updates after BDO patches. See docs/releases.md for setup and limits.

    Changes in v0.1.6:

    • Boss Settings can save characters, tracked bosses, assignments and reminder switches. The boss spawn area appears in Settings, the timer page and the overlay, separate from a character parked location.
    • Desktop Discord pairing restores the saved login after Electron starts. A temporary key-store failure no longer deletes the encrypted token.
    • Closing the desktop no longer sends network status to a destroyed window.

    A real boss notification, an installed-app login after updating, and Windows gameplay still need live checks. The EU boss timetable may change after a BDO patch.

    • EU world boss planner with tracked bosses, manual character assignments, parked locations, an overlay widget, and reminders 15 and 5 minutes before spawns.
    • Fix overlay startup and Edit overlay after the boss widget update. Hyprland can find the BDO window without an active screen-sharing stream.
    • Death OCR accepts a readable death screen when the crystal notification area is blank.

    Boss notification timing and death/crystal OCR still need live gameplay checks. The boss timetable is for EU PC. Character assignments are entered manually.

    • The current grind shares live stats with your Discord party automatically. Completed connected runs enter the leaderboard after 20 active minutes; older local history is not uploaded.
    • Overlay keybinds accept Ctrl+#, top-row numbers and separate numpad numbers. Windows resolves symbols with the BDO window keyboard layout.
    • Installed apps check for updates one minute after launch and every 30 minutes afterward. A desktop notification announces an update and the app shows download progress.
    • Restart installs Windows updates without the setup wizard, including upgrades started by older app versions. A first install still offers the folder chooser.

    • Windows fetches the full installer directly because the old blockmap is not in the new release folder.
    • If a download makes no progress for three minutes, the app stops it and offers Retry.
