Review the frontend migration work for concrete pain points, update AGENTS.md and WORKFLOW.md with faster scoped checks, build/test limits and worktree guidance. Keep narrow checks first and avoid repeated full builds. Add integration commands for community API, web and desktop when implemented.

2349360. AGENTS.md now records focused community checks, build-output contention, worktree ownership, entry-point integration checks, and local/Coolify limits. WORKFLOW.md tracks live verification. Full pnpm typecheck and pnpm test pass; no production build or dev server was started.
