Target v0.1.3. Include symbol and number hotkeys, silent Windows updater, automatic sharing of the current connected run, and 30-minute update checks with notifications. Acceptance: focused and workspace checks, clean pushed main, successful main package CI, annotated tag CI, public Windows/Linux assets and update manifests. Keep native Windows hotkey and two-version updater checks open until tested.

Source commit 59c3afd is pushed with automatic party sharing, 30-minute update checks, release notes, and the earlier Windows keybind/silent-update fixes. Local typecheck, full tests, build, parity, 20 routes, app smoke and release tests pass. Main package CI is running; tag only after it passes.

Main CI run 43 passed for 59c3afd, including Windows/Linux package builds. The clean, pushed main commit is tagged v0.1.3 and the tag workflow is running. Publication and anonymous asset checks are pending.

v0.1.3 is public from tag 59c3afd. Main CI run 43 and tag CI run 44 passed. Six Windows/Linux assets return HTTP 200 anonymously; both manifests name 0.1.3 and the expected packages with SHA-512. The latest-release API returns v0.1.3. Release notes and remaining live limits are recorded in WORKFLOW.md at f3a7d0f.
