Review recent tool use and record concrete ways to avoid repeated builds, tests and speculative debugging. Publish Windows and Linux v0.1.5 with boss reminders, the overlay startup fix and death OCR improvements. Require checked source, successful main CI, immutable tag, public assets and matching update manifests. Preserve open live Windows, party, death and boss notification checks.

7e3ec6b, including checked implementatione578596. Local typecheck, workspace tests, release tests, real tea publisher fixture, production build and built parity passed. The release build used a separate worktree and did not overwrite the running dev output. Main package CI is next, followed by the immutable v0.1.5 tag and public asset/manifest checks. AGENTS.md now records error-first debugging, one focused reproduction, no repeated passing checks, separate build output, known tea/Forgejo commands, and bounded CI polling.Published v0.1.5 at

Anonymous download headers return HTTP 200, both fetched updater manifests name 0.1.5 and the matching binaries, and the public latest endpoint returns v0.1.5. AGENTS.md and release docs contain the workflow review. Release notes retain the live Windows, party, boss reminder and death/crystal checks; those issues stay open.
