Manual check before replacing the installed release. Run pnpm start after closing the older app when no session is active. Test a short grind, compare recorded item counts with inventory changes, watch OCR queue/skipped counts, test Stop/retry and hotkeys, and verify the overlay follows BDO on Hyprland. Record console errors without credentials. Do not submit synthetic sessions or use a real account in automated tests. Local generated-image and staged package checks already pass; they do not replace this live check.

The development build now includes #14 (98beae5). During the live check, select BDO from Settings > Game capture and confirm the real Hyprland portal picker works while the stream helper stays hidden. Check navigation does not stop tracking. After an app restart, the last label should be visible but the desktop picker still needs confirmation. Generated-stream and real permission/app-frame tests passed; actual desktop selection remains a manual check.

Emmanuel confirmed the latest pnpm start build worked in BDO, including Stop and Settings > Game capture. Live verification is accepted. Proceeding with staged package validation and installed-release update under #13.
