Move screen selection, disconnect, status and Proton folder controls into Game capture settings while keeping capture alive across route changes. Remember the last source label locally. Verify whether Electron can restore the portal selection; explain limitations rather than guess a target. Check temporary-profile capture, permissions, persistence and settings controls.
Implementation and checks complete. Settings > Game capture now controls the hidden stream owner; selection, disconnect, status and Proton folder controls are integrated. Cancelling replacement selection retains the active stream. Last source label and folder survive restart, but Electron does not expose portal restore tokens, so the desktop picker is still required after restart. All 193 behavior tests, typecheck, build, generated capture/OCR, app-frame permission check, new capture-settings integration, 20 route comparisons with narrow intentional exclusions, and reference/output checks passed. UI reviewed at 820 and 1200 pixels; detector clean, no suppressions. Installed release and real user profile unchanged. Commit link follows.
Pushed to main:
98beae5. Acceptance checks passed with the documented portal restoration limit. Ready in the development build through pnpm start.
