In Windows borderless/windowed BDO, focusing the game hides the overlay. Edit mode shows a black rectangle that does not match the game window. Overlay and session hotkeys do not work. Replace the no-op native stacking path with actual selected-window placement and focus checks, preserve Linux behavior, and verify focused controller/capture checks. Keep the issue open until an in-game Windows check confirms placement, focus and all keybinds. This is follow-up to the v0.1.0 release and Windows verification issue #19.

Pushed 6cfc942. Selected Windows game-window capture now supplies client bounds and focus to the overlay. The overlay stays above BDO, and configured keybinds are read while BDO or the editor has focus. Focused tests, workspace typecheck/tests, source build, and an isolated Windows x64 unpacked cross-build passed locally. Main CI run 3280 is pending. Native Windows in-game validation is still required, so this issue remains in progress. The NSIS first-install wizard already allows a different installation folder/drive; in-app updates keep that location.

The Windows overlay fix is available in public v0.1.1: https://git.it-lampe.de/rexlManu/garmith-app/releases/tag/v0.1.1 . Tag CI and public artifact/update-manifest checks passed. Please validate with BDO window capture on Windows: overlay remains visible with the game focused, edit mode covers the game client area, and configured hotkeys trigger once per press. This issue remains open until that native check passes.

Source fix pushed in 09b1688: keybind entry now accepts Ctrl+#, top-row digits and distinct numpad digits. The Windows key poller maps symbols through the BDO window keyboard layout. Focused tests, workspace typecheck/tests and release tests pass. Native Windows and Hyprland hotkeys in BDO still need a live check; keeping this issue open.

Main CI run 42 passed for source commit 09b1688, including Windows/Linux package builds. Native hotkey behavior in borderless BDO and Linux Wayland registration remain open.

v0.1.3 is published with Ctrl+#, number and numpad keybind support. Cross-built package checks passed in CI run 44. Keep this issue open until these bindings and overlay focus are checked in borderless BDO on Windows; Linux Wayland hotkeys also need a live check.
